These basic leggings are the perfect introduction to sewing with knits! With variable length options as well as options for a higher waist fit, these will become a staple in your wardrobe in no time!

A serger is recommended for this class, but not necessary. If you don't have a serger but would like to use one for this class, let us know and we will provide one for you! You will also need a coverstitch or regular sewing machine to finish the hems.
The pattern we will be using is a free pattern from Patterns for Pirates and can be found HERE
Recommended fabric for this class is a knit fabric with 4-way stretch. I recommend at least 2 yards of 60" wide fabric for this pattern (you will have leftover fabric).
Please print the pattern at home (read pattern instructions on how to properly print) before coming to class - We will start the class by putting the pattern pieces together!
