What Brands Do We Service?

Service FAQ's

Why is it important to have your machine serviced by a certified technician?
The machine manufacturers that we service and support each have their own specifications for adjustment and lubrication that keep your machine in the ideal shape for the best user experience. Having access to genuine parts and service manuals is a vital part of keeping your machine in its best condition, and only certified technicians and retailers have access to these manuals.

Do we service brands other than those we carry?
We primarily service the brands that we sell in an effort to offer the best and most honest service to our customers. In addition to our in-house certified technicians, we do contract with an outside technician who services mechanical-only machines of all brands.

What does service include?
Each machine that we service is meticulously inspected, adjusted, cleaned and lubricated in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements for maintenance. This means that we check things such as mechanical adjustments and tolerances, electronic connections and settings, as well as cleaning and lubrication. Each machine is tested thoroughly before being released back to you.

How much does service cost?
Our service pricing is competitive in the market. Base labor is a flat rate based on the make and model of your machine. If required, labor above and beyond the standard service is additional. If required, parts are additional. Please call us for an estimate on your machine service.

How long does service take?
Our service department operates on a first-come-first-serve basis. Our turnaround does fluctuate, but our goal is to maintain a 14-business day turnaround. If parts are required, this time may be extended. You can can call us ahead of time to get a better idea of turnaround on your machine service.
Will we service your machine in your home?
We only offer in-home machine service for some long arms and multi-needle machines. In addition to the standard service charge, a round-trip mileage fee of $0.59/mile from your nearest Sew Suite location
will be charged for in-home service calls.
